According to Billboard, the memorial included performances by a number of famous people, including Jennifer Lopez, Carrie Underwood, Darius Rucker, Keith Urban, John Legend, and Ed Sheeran, among others.
Shelton was the host of the event as well as a performer, and he stole the spotlight both times. Shelton not only participated in the stirring performance of Suspicious Minds, but also in the closing performance of If I Can Dream, Trouble, Guitar Man, and other songs.
