People who have had significant weight loss are sharing before and after pictures of themselves, and you will hardly be able to recognize them…

No matter what social media influencers may say you, the fact of the matter is that there is no magic pill or tea that will help you lose weight just by sitting on the sofa and doing nothing more than drinking it. This is the case regardless of what those influencers may tell you. The process of losing weight is a gradual one that requires a significant amount of self-control and devotion, but the ultimate result is well worth the effort that was put in.

People who have dropped a significant amount of weight are posting before and after images of themselves on social media, and many of them have ended up appearing nearly unrecognizable – and I mean that in the most positive manner imaginable. Examine the pictures and read the captions that accompany them in the gallery that follows; who knows, maybe it may encourage you to go on a trip of your own. Check read the article that came before this one if you’re looking for even more motivational tales of people who have successfully lost weight.

#1 I believe the expression on my face in the second photo conveys exactly what it is that I was contemplating at the time. What I Was Able to Achieve in a Timeframe of 150 Days Even Shocked Me.

#2 Yesterday marked two years since I started my journey to lose weight. I was able to lose weight with proper nutrition (calorie counting), physical activity (a lot of swimming, walking, and some cycling), and avoidance of surgical procedures.

#3 I’ve been on this long and winding road for the last three years, and I’ve come to the conclusion that there is no destination in sight.

Depending on the decisions I make during the day, I progress in a certain path. Every month marks a new significant achievement. Every year, it seems like I’ve changed so drastically that I can’t possibly go through any more transitions, yet I do. At this juncture, I am well aware that there are no bounds to what we are capable of. We have the ability to decide to alter our behavior at any time. No matter how stressful or painful life may be, we must always retain our focus on the goal we have set for ourselves and keep moving ahead.

When I first began, I never in a million years thought I’d get to where I am now. I simply wanted to restore my health and stop taking the medicine I was taking. When we go through one door, it leads us to another door, and then another after that. I really hope that you all will continue to choose growth! Learn to love yourself by giving yourself the finest possible care, having the courage to pursue your dreams, and loving with all of your heart once again.

#4 I’ve lost almost 250 pounds by changing my diet, doing more exercise, and stopping myself from having negative thoughts about myself.

It never occurred to me that I’d be in this position right now. For many years, I was plagued by persistent despair and anxiety in social situations. I had the idea that I would either commit myself or have issues related to my weight that would lead to my death. The ego, on the other hand, is a liar. Although the mind is a very powerful tool, in the end, it is up to each of us to decide how we want to feel about things. If we want to be successful in anything in life, the first thing we need to do is think that we are capable of doing it. We have to disregard the negative, self-destructive voice in our heads that tells us we can’t achieve anything and instead have faith in ourselves. The first step is to adjust one’s mentality. After that, everything else, like maintaining a healthy diet and doing regular exercise, will fall into place. Always keep in mind that the only limitations are the ones that you place on yourself with your own mind. This is true whether you need to lose weight, gain confidence, start a new career, or do ANYTHING else that you want to do. WHATEVER IT IS THAT YOU WANT TO DO, remember that the only limitations are the ones that you place on yourself. I have launched a blog, in case anybody is interested. My goal is to assist individuals in regaining control of their life by assisting them in making changes to their thoughts, the foods that they consume, and other aspects of their lives. My true calling in life is to assist people in letting go of their egos and developing into the finest versions of themselves.

#5 My Weight Loss of 133 Pounds

By adopting a diet that was lower in carbohydrate intake, I was able to shed 133 pounds and keep the weight off for seven years. Finally made up my mind to show everyone the difference between the old and the new! On the left is a photo of myself when I was 19 years old. My engagement photos were taken a few months ago, and the image on the right is a one-person shot from those sessions! (I’m 29 now).

#6 I Did Not Want My Son To Grow Up To Visit A Tombstone As A Symbol Of His Father

#7 Six years’ worth of progress. From 330 Pounds to 198 Pounds Lost

I was depressed for ten years, had a failed marriage, and other problems throughout that time. But I have evolved, and if a guy like me was able to go through it, I have no doubt that you too are capable of overcoming whatever challenge you are facing.
